聂立波,1973年生,湖南宁乡人,博士,教授。湖南省生物医学工程学会副理事长,2023-2028湖南省普通本科高校教指委委员,湖南省化学化工学会理事,株洲市高层次人才,株洲市政协委员。2001年毕业于湖南大学应用化学专业,获硕士学位;2005年毕业于东南大学生物医学工程专业,获博士学位;2008年中山大学化学博士后流动站出站。主要研究方向为生物传感器及纳米生物医学材料,先后主持国家自然科学基金、863重点项目子课题、湖南省自然科学基金、株洲市科技计划重点研发项目等多项课题。获湖南省高等教育教学成果二等奖1项,湖南省研究生优质课程1门。在国内外学术刊物上发表SCI收录学术论文60余篇,获发明专利1项,参编英文专著1部。
